Wonderful Blog. Were you able to keep your hatches from leaking?
No, never! The leaks got manageable if I cleaned them really well and used a lot of grease. With my newer hull the leaks were much less important. The fact that the hatches spend so much time underwater makes me think that it’s a design flaw. They should not be so close to the water line.
